Niko the service manager really made our day less stressful by providing a shuttle to our home also after being unable to find a solution we had prior we experienced from buying a car he took care of a major problem and concern of my wife. Which helped restore her trust of the dealership she gain a deeper trust of Fred Anderson dealership in general. I always thought dealerships took advantage and were more expensive for vehicle maintenance but after this experience I can gladly say if I encounter any problems with my vehicle I know that they are the best ones to fix and take care of it. I can not stress though that for Charleston this dealership is the best I found and feel the whole team wants whats best for it's customers and they try to work with you the best they can in providing the best deal for it's customers. And reduces the stress from buying the car to basic vehicle maintenance. More

Secondly, during this COVID time, I was most impressed at how all the personnel were aware of the issues and wore masks (where appropriate); there were people assigned to clean things continuously during our stay. Stress free car buying I came in just LOOKING for at a used car I saw online. To my surprise, the car was just sold before I got there. Matthew was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions honestly and professionally. As a first-time car buyer, I felt very comfortable and I wasn't roped into a scheme. During my time of waiting for paperwork many employees asked me if I needed something to drink, how was everything going, and were all very pleasant. When it came to handling finances and final paperwork, Bill Utnick made this process as simple and easy as possible. He had everything ready for me and was patient while I read over everything. He was knowledge and willing to answer any questions I had and made sure I understood everything. I drove from Greenville, SC to get a car from Toyota of Charleston and It was well worth it. I left with the peace of mind and comfort that I will continue to be taken care of with the future of my car. More
