Stress free car buying I came in just LOOKING for at a used car I saw online. To my surprise, the car was just sold before I got there. Matthew then approached me and we started looking at my new car options. Throughout this process, in no way did I feel pressured or was getting haggled to buy a new car. Matthew was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions honestly and professionally. As a first-time car buyer, I felt very comfortable and I wasn't roped into a scheme. During my time of waiting for paperwork many employees asked me if I needed something to drink, how was everything going, and were all very pleasant. When it came to handling finances and final paperwork, Bill Utnick made this process as simple and easy as possible. He had everything ready for me and was patient while I read over everything. He was knowledge and willing to answer any questions I had and made sure I understood everything. I drove from Greenville, SC to get a car from Toyota of Charleston and It was well worth it. I left with the peace of mind and comfort that I will continue to be taken care of with the future of my car. More
