Friendliest & most helpful people work here! My cousin was visiting from Canada and needed a 70K service, and I had a recall on my Prius. Both cars needed checked out before taking a trip. We were greeted and helped by 3 people and given a loaner car because it would take about 5 hours to do everything. We went shopping, to lunch, then back to more shopping and placed bags and hanging clothes in the back. During that 5 hours, we were given updates and callbacks with answers to questions we had. After we returned, checked out with a friendly Jim Bancone and drove the half hour back home, we realized that the hanging bag and some sunglasses were missing. Thinking we had left them in the store, I had the manager running around trying to locate them. About 5:00, English Davis called me to say they had found the items in the back of our loaner. Since we lived so far away, she located Eric Peterson who lived near us, and he agreed most willingly to bring our items over to Mount Pleasant. God bless them both for making retrieval so easy and keeping us from making a second trip back. THAT is service. I won’t buy or service a car anywhere else. Applause also for Steve Rhodes, general manager, for personally arranging our loaner. Don’t go anywhere else for sales or service.
