Went to dealer 2xs. Pointed out serious flaws. Vehicle had 92,000 miles so no CPO warranty (no problem) but refused to complete major 90,000 service. In addition adde Pointed out serious flaws. Vehicle had 92,000 miles so no CPO warranty (no problem) but refused to complete major 90,000 service. In addition added 1 new tire , making vehicle inherently unsafe. When asked about this, the sr sales mgr came out. I made a reasonable offer, there was no counter or accountability that all the risk was on me, they basically stated they don’t do that since it’s not certified but poor business to sell 4 runner with sub par conditions. . (Vehicle on lot for 2 months) so may have more issues !!! Shocked there was no counter offer. More

Just left Fred Anderson Toyota with a new Toyota Tundra and I have to give a shout out to Andrey. From the second I walked in there was zero pressure. He let me take my time and answered every question I h and I have to give a shout out to Andrey. From the second I walked in there was zero pressure. He let me take my time and answered every question I had without ever rushing me.
