A Welcome Surprise Because of a recent accident, my wife and I were shopping for a new vehicle to replace the Toyota Camry that had been totaled. We came to Fred Anders Because of a recent accident, my wife and I were shopping for a new vehicle to replace the Toyota Camry that had been totaled. We came to Fred Anderson Toyota because we had purchased our Prius there a couple of years before, and the Camry we lost was the third Camry we had owned. We had done a Lille research online and were pretty well convinced that the safest and greatest value for us was another Camry. Then we met Ben Myhre, a very young new salesman at Fred Anderson Toyota. Ben listened to our chatter about the new Camry rationale, but he also listened to our discussion about wanting a vehicle with more road clearance. We live in downtown Charleston that has experienced more street flooding in the last few years that has caused us to worry about navigating our way back home on several occasions. I also had complained about missing my truck that I had owned previously. Ben then talked to us about looking at a RAV4, a crossover SUV. We were dismissive at first because we had not heard good things about the RAV4 when it was first introduced concerninga number of factors. Ben convinced us to give it a test drive. I loved it. The vehicle sits up nicely and handles well. Mileage looked good. In short, a young salesman listened to two retirees and helped them find a vehicle that really met their needs. Bravo! More

The collective team was simply excellent; I still find the process rather surreal. The were all professional, efficient and friendly. I was suspect driving past my two nearby Toyota dealers to make a 4-hour round trip to Charleston. But I know two other Tacoma buyers that did the same thing a few years ago and I figured if when I got there the deal and experience is not what I expected I would just leave and not look back. Again, Lauren, Tonya and Melissa flat impressed me. The biggest compliment I can pay them is to tell you that I would hire all three of them away from you! More

When we went back the next day we were introduced to Chris, our salesman. He was friendly, easy going and fun to work with. We never felt pushed around or pressured. We simply told him what we were able to pay for the car we wanted and they figured a way to make it happen. A very pleasant experience, thanks to Chris and their entire team. More

Usually, they close at 19h, but Chris stayed later to help me get the vehicle I was looking for. After that, Bill Utnick and Chris together went through different financing options that I could afford. They were very patient and helped me a lot in a rough transition.
