Truck upgrade. I originally went in for a recall on my 05' Tundra airbag, when my wife suggested seeing what I could get for a trade in on a newer model. Shane Nice I originally went in for a recall on my 05' Tundra airbag, when my wife suggested seeing what I could get for a trade in on a newer model. Shane Nicely led me to DJ Clune, the Sales Rep., who was amazingly helpful. Originally, I felt there was nothing wrong with my truck, but after test driving a couple newer Tundras and immediately recognizing the difference in turn radius (which was a huge selling point for me) I thought "maybe I could use a new truck". DJ worked with me on getting me a good value for my old Tundra to put toward the 17' Tundra I walked out with as well as helping me switch over my insurance. Christen Salvatico did an excellent job explaining the finances and all the benefits. Overall a great car buying experience. Thank you!! More
