Hi Rob, I apologize you're upset regarding not wanting to do the manufactures recommended maintenance. To get a free oil change(a $90 value) all we ask if that you follow Toyota's guidelines on maintenance. Your 60K is with filters as most of your services are just a tire rotation and that's all. Since you bought the car here we would have worked with you on the price but with how upset you got and the cursing as well it was pretty hard to explain anything to you.
