Nothing beats genuine Toyata Been driving toyota for 30 years. They got me out fast and checked everything and even replaced some bolts on the skid plate at ( No charge). An Expensive 4 hours The Labor charge was HUGE, worked out approx $170 an hour. $675.63 for labor! Total cost $940.10 of which 227.97 was total for parts & then SALES TAX The Labor charge was HUGE, worked out approx $170 an hour. $675.63 for labor! Total cost $940.10 of which 227.97 was total for parts & then SALES TAX of $61.50 Added to that! 27% Sales Tax!!!!! To top it off, $25 Misc Charge was added...for What??? More

Disappointing after sale customer service I had a great buying experience but an issue with the bumper was not resolved and I was not able to get any satisfactory feedback from my sales person I had a great buying experience but an issue with the bumper was not resolved and I was not able to get any satisfactory feedback from my sales person. Most times she would not respond to any of my phone calls or emails and as of today I can only assume that the issue will not get resolved. I would have appreciated honesty about the issue and not vague excuses all the time. This took a lot away from my initially great buying experience. Overall I feel this is a great dealership but the lack of customer service after the sale is disappointing. More
