Factory repair notice. Brought Tacoma in for drive shaft spider joint replacement due to rattle and noise. Upon receiving “repaired” Tacoma I notice a loud scraping noise! After I called the dealer they sent a mechanic to check and fix the problem! I was very impressed that they would do that! They came out to my residence to correct the issue! Job well done. More

Excellent My family and I had a great experience at Fred Anderson! My wife and I were undecided on either the Highlander or 4Runner. Johnathan was very patient My family and I had a great experience at Fred Anderson! My wife and I were undecided on either the Highlander or 4Runner. Johnathan was very patient with as we had him running back and forth pulling keys and unlocking vehicles. We eventually decided on a 2016 4Runner with low miles and we were able to get it with new car coverage. Pleased with the overall experience!! More
