Worth the wait Every time we bring our Avalon in for service we look for Luther to assist us in the service; today we arrived for our 60,000-mile service and knew we Every time we bring our Avalon in for service we look for Luther to assist us in the service; today we arrived for our 60,000-mile service and knew we were looking at a good chunk of change for the service. Luther explained if we didn't have the family plan our service would be over $500.00, but because we belong to the Toyota Family Plan (which I recommend for everyone) our charge will be only $250.00. That made us very happy. While the service was going on Luther let us know that the tires reached their safety road mileage limit and should be replaced. He had explained our options and he had made his reconditions to us, and we went with his knowledge. This added a wait time on us but we made new friends in the waiting room and passed the time talking about the TV event and the experances in our past. Before we knew it the car was ready. More
