Rav4 10,000 mile service I had an appointment for my 10,000 mile service on my Rav4 suv.My car was taken in on time after a smooth check in,I was told about I would have about I had an appointment for my 10,000 mile service on my Rav4 suv.My car was taken in on time after a smooth check in,I was told about I would have about a 1 hour wait. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. A little less than an hour my car was finished and I was told that everything was fine with my vehicle and I was on my way.( The service man also helped me with a driver seat adjustment problem ) More

Worst customer experience ever Went for my maintenance and they soaked my seats through car wash and acted like they did not care. Took my car and just turned my heat wide open to Went for my maintenance and they soaked my seats through car wash and acted like they did not care. Took my car and just turned my heat wide open to dry seats so now my seats are very stained up. They did not even try to clean them. More
