The service staff members have been courteous, professional, friendly, knowledgeable and very informative at all times. I normally wait until the service has been completed and never had to wait over an hour and a half. A radiator was replaced on July 24, 2019, the dealership worked with worked with the car warranty company and had everything done in a timely manner expeditiously and efficiently. It's been a great experience; therefore, I would not trade my Toyota Avalon. More
