Best Car Dealership on the Planet!!! The original saleswoman was quick to reply (Juanita Mendoza). When I asked a question she couldn't answer, she immediately put me in touch with someone who could provide the answer, The financing was fast, easy to obtain, and the sales manager (Wade Berard) and financial guy (Eddie Seals) worked with me to find a plan that worked for my budget. I found EXACTLY the car I wanted with all of my chosen options and it was delivered over 2 hours from their dealership at no charge by the NICEST young man, Chris Testa. He offered to program the radio for me, set me up in the car and explained every detail of the nice features it offers and offered help me move my extensive luggage into the vehicle. The car even came with 3 months of free Sirius Radio, even as a used vehicle! I was able to conduct almost all of the transactions by email and text, which works well for me (although the sales manager (Wade Berard) sent me an email video of himself as an introduction so I could put a face with a name...who does THAT?! I loved it!). Everyone was friendly and helpful and the price beat anything I could have found up here in Northern Virginia by thousands of dollars. I'm very satisfied with my car, the transaction, and the amenities, but the service and options offered by Fred Anderson's Sanford dealership are beyond anything I ever have grown to expect from car dealerships. Who would have thought that car buying could be a pleasant experience and that I would not feel that anyone was trying to "pull one over on me" like I did up in my home area!! They offered a long term maintenance program at a discount, too, but I live too far away to take advantage of that nice deal. All-in-all, I was deeply impressed that there are still car salesfolks in the world that are genuinely caring and work to please the customer successfully. More

My search for a 2019 Land cruiser was found with FA with no hassles and the trade in deal was extremely fair. I was so pleased that just a few short weeks later I returned and purchased another brand new vehicle. This time it was a 2019 Toyota Tundra 1794. I could not have been more satisfied with that purchase. They went above and beyond my expectations by delivering my new vehicle to my house and transporting back the trade in vehicle. With my experience I have to highly recommend seeing Sean at Fred Anderson of Sanford. Very professional, informative and you will get a fair market deal. More

Frustrated and disappointed Although the person who helped us was polite and helpful, we went in to get two lights replaced, which cost less than $100.. But with all the recommended work performed, our total bill was over $1,900. Although we agreed to the specific work that was done, I found myself wondering later if all of it was really necessary. Second, my wife mentioned a "soft knocking noise" when the car was idling. According to our bill, they were unable to duplicate the noise, and "the engine sounds normal." But we were charged $143.75 for labor, even though no work of any kind was done on this problem. That cost seems totally out of line to me. Furthermore, when I called to speak to our technician for an explanation, he was unavailable. I was told he would call me back, but he did not. I called again the next day, and again he was with another customer. But I was told that he would receive another message to call me. I'm still waiting for that return call. More
