Oil change, tire rotation, and fluid check The staff is very friendly as usual. Only thing is that I didn’t receive the car wash with the family plan. It was after 9am before my car was brought back, but it wasn’t washed. I already waited over 90 minutes and didn’t feel like waiting any more so I left and washed it myself. More
Go see Wayne! I’ve worked with Wayne G a few times over the years and he has NEVER disappointed! Easy transaction, no hassle, bonrun around, no sneaky sales games. I’ve worked with Wayne G a few times over the years and he has NEVER disappointed! Easy transaction, no hassle, bonrun around, no sneaky sales games. This dealer is straight forward and if they can help you, they will! Only downside is their small service area. But all else makes up for it. More
Thoroughly Disrespected and Treated With Utter Contempt I entered the main dealer floor at 5:52 PM, I noticed a group of what I assumed to be salesmen or managers among their salesmen marshaled in a corner I entered the main dealer floor at 5:52 PM, I noticed a group of what I assumed to be salesmen or managers among their salesmen marshaled in a corner -- they appeared to be milling around wasting time. I asked for the service department, a gentleman saw me to it. I had a punctured tire, I explained, it's a nail or a screw and it seems to be holding the air pressure. I simply would like it removed and patched. The gentleman who then spoke to me did not wear a name plate or any other identification, so I have no idea who he was. He said he can't do it, it's minutes to six in the evening and he only has "him" and referred to a gentleman wearing mechanic's clothing, and "he is about to go". I offered to pay for the trouble many times over, offering more than $100 to patch a tire so I do not need to worry on it overnight. He refused. I returned to the main floor. Issued my complaint to someone nearby, and stated I wanted the most senior man present. They made me aware it was the general manager. I responded the GM needs to understand what is happening here. They directed me to "Wade". I made it abundantly clear to Wade that I would absolutely pay for the trouble to have a man either stay late or be recalled in order to conduct the work. He responded,"No, absolutely not, hours of operation are just that and they won't be violated." I responded that I felt he wasn't very savvy on business. I'll pay twice the cost. He responded incredulously: "That's only ten dollars!" I responded, "That's fine, $200.00 -- I'll pay $200.00 in order to have it rectified tonight." As if Wade had not already treated me with obvious contempt, he was very derisive in his delivery. "No I said no, can't you understand?!" The reader should know this took place in public, in front of his peers, colleagues and / or juniors. I responded I wanted the issue fixed, what will it take? He offered to have me leave my Toyota Tundra there overnight, and give me a Corolla loaner in return. A Corolla? Normally loaners are like items. That's the customer service experience I'm used to, and that's the only thing I'll accept. This is normal behavior and just expectation. "You're saying you want a Tundra?!" He responded, condescendingly. Mind you, he had not yet gotten on his feet while a potential customer stood there. This generation does not understand mutual respect, I must comment. "Well that's not going to happen!" "You never BOUGHT a car here, you never serviced a car here and I'm offering you a Corolla!" I responded that it seemed odd that I would be mandated to buy a vehicle there or have serviced it in order to be treated as a regular customer -- already being a Toyota owner. If you gentlemen think we should all drive Toyota vehicles from your specific dealership, you should give feedback to the manufacturer that they should produce less reliable vehicles, as to increase the turnover rate. I demanded to see his superior. He looked around, self-assured, "Well I'm about as high as you're going to get for a TIRE!" I responded my inquiry was regarding a personal complaint. He said "HERE". Offering me some kind of business card. Looking down, I turned a glare to him. "What?!" He belted, "You don't WANT it?!" He had yelled more than twice by now, I can't think of the last time I was so blatantly disrespected, in public nonetheless. I responded I had his name, and I'll report the fact that he refused to refer me directly to his superior who was present at that dealership. I will never subject myself to this..."gentleman's" behavior again. I don't know what school of business this fellow studied at, but being offered $200.00 for the dealership's trouble for patching a tire outside of his sworn operating hours does not show any sort of business acumen, at least that I'm aware of. Wade should probably have that same sincere loyalty to customers, not his mandated operating hours, since these dealerships are independently managed. Thoroughly insulted, and will never return -- and be certain Wade was the most disgustingly disrespectful and contempt-filled person I've dealt with at a Toyota dealership since 2011, when I became an owner. Good day and good riddance to bad rubbish. More
Highlander checkup Personnel is always friendly. The record keeping system is never consistent. We receive untimely or even unnecessary mail concerning our cars regularl Personnel is always friendly. The record keeping system is never consistent. We receive untimely or even unnecessary mail concerning our cars regularly. We still received lease information on a car that we returned over a year ago and we even had purchased a new car at the time. The record keeping at this dealership needs a revamp. We have been very happy with the people who service us! More
