Things were missed I was not the one bringing my car in for services. So I called the morning of and spoke to a female who told me that she would be sure to put notes i I was not the one bringing my car in for services. I specifically asked that the battery in my key fob and my tires checked due to low pressure warnings. The battery was not changed and the day after the service the light showing low pressure came on again. Im frustrated. The closest location is an hour from me. So it will be a minute before anything is checked again. JUST REALLY ANNOYING. I called for a reason! More

I was told by Toyota that the compressor was not covered. I called the warranty company and they said it was. I was told by Toyota that there was not expense to me and when I picked up the van there was a $412 charge that I paid. More
