Disappointed I spent the first two years having my new car taken apart and put back together while issues remained. They still remain. Out of exhaustion I stopped complaining and no one asked if the problem was resolved. It is not. I continue to bring it for regular service. I expect that to include what is good for my car. This is your area of expertise, not mine. However, on my last trip for service I am told that my 2017 with under 30,000 miles needs new tires. Again, who is to blame. Toyota for substandard parts? Service that doesn’t take steps to avoid a premature expense. I fear this question will continue to be my frustration until my next vehicle which will not be a Toyota. More

First Service of Highlander I was told the service would take approximately 2 to 3 hours. I arrived at 10:15 am. They could not find my appointment, which the salesman had calle I was told the service would take approximately 2 to 3 hours. I arrived at 10:15 am. They could not find my appointment, which the salesman had called me about the day before. I then dropped the vehicle off and took the shuttle to Walmart. I was told to call back to be picked up when ready. I called, waited 25 minutes..then called again...waited another 15. Someone picked me up in their personal vehicle. They showed me their Toyota badge. I get back and proceeded to wait another 1 hour (total of 4). They walked me out to the vehicle and said goodbye, when the car was blocked in and you couldn't get out. I am not sure if it was just a busy day but I wont be going back to this Fred Anderson. I'll try the one in Apex. More
Sometimes you have to pay So, I scheduled my regular 5,000 mile service (@115k).... and have had such pleasant serving at -0-$, due to my Family Plan, that was surprised to get So, I scheduled my regular 5,000 mile service (@115k).... and have had such pleasant serving at -0-$, due to my Family Plan, that was surprised to get my service rep come into the waiting area ‘so quickly’.... with clipboard in hand. But not unhappy..... because, I understand that cars need maintenance, and Grateful that some was ‘under warranty’, some could be done be me, some could wait a little longer..... so, I was able to get what my vehicle needed done.....AND was treated to a ‘luxury’ rental. But I was happy to get my Corolla back, and expecting to keep it on the roads another 115k, with the services of Sanford Toyota Service Dept. Sales Department need not call... not interested in trading in/up! Lol More

No confidence at all in this service department Went in for my 18 month free service. Driving home I experienced an odor of burning hydrocarbons. Once I got home I found the oil cap missing. I located it in the windshield wiper cavity and replaced it myself. Fortunately the oil level was OK. The service reminder was also not reset. I've had horrible experiences with this dealer before in both sales and service. When I bought my vehicle they assured me that they had replaced nearly everyone in service and resolved the issues. Apparently just another marketing ploy to sell a car. There are better, more ethical Toyota dealerships in the area. Stay away from this one. This is the last time I will ever darken their door. More
