Tires replacement Went for new tires. Had an appointment and waited over 2.5 hours for completion, tire valve stem caps were missing on three of the four tires. Tires w Went for new tires. Tires were not balanced correctly and made an appointment with Raleigh site on the following Friday night and waited 1.5 hours for service completion. Tires were balanced correctly this time. Everyone that we had contact with were of course very nice and helpful. More

Excellent service but see below. I like your service department because THEY ARE FRIENDLY and helpful but last time was there I wanted my battery replaced in my key thing. I went elsewhere and was give 3 estimates: one top quality tire, two lesser estimates, time for questions so that is where I bought my tires. Previous service experience was not good either. More
