3.5 hours for an oil change even with an appointment Everyone was really nice but 3.5 hours just for an oil change is 3 hours too long. I had to return because of a mistake the first trip. After oil change the filter cover came off. It cost me $5 and 2 hours. Luther however was great and got be in and out quickly. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. A little less than an hour my car was finished and I was told that everything was fine with my vehicle and I was on my way.( The service man also helped me with a driver seat adjustment problem ) More
