Power steering fluid was low Took our car in for routine service, and requested them to diagnose a whine from the front right. I was told that all fluids were checked, but obviously not. More

When I got home, looked up on internet. Toyota 2013 highlanders have had trouble with this, Toyota is replacing them because they don't want highlander customers to be upset. Sooooooooooo------- I went to Jacobson Toyota next day. Service man looked at my vin, said it was under warrenty,asked if I wanted it done then and I said yes, please. And in about 25 minutes, I was driving out. How would you feel if the dealer WHO SOLD YOU THIS TOYOTA TREATED YOU LIKE YOU DID ME???????? More
