So far our vehicle has needed a couple of expensive part repairs but the warranty covered most of them! It is always a relief not having to pay over 1k on repairs and the staff knows that, so they go an extra mile to make it so customers get the best services at the most affordable price. In and Out on a Saturday Scheduled an appointment for an inspection and a rear light replacement with a very helpful person in the Service Department. When I drove in, before I could get out of my RAV, a Service Rep was coming to greet me. Went inside, and double checked to make sure this was all they were doing, or did I find something else that needed attention. 40 minutes later, the services needed were taken care of , the vehicle had been washed, and I was signing off and getting paperwork for the inspection. The Service Rep explained what they had done, asked if there were any questions, and please call them back if there were any more issues. While I waited I talked with the salesman I bought the RAv from Wayne Gomillion, and talked with other employees who offered me Sandra's Donuts, water, or was there anything else that i needed. I appreciate their attention to detail, and that their employees speak to you whether you are walking in the lot looking at vehicles, or you are sitting waiting for service to be done. I will be going back in 2000 miles for a checkup - I love Fred Anderson Toyota of Sanford and their staff! More

Within an hour, so quick service. Never checked tires. Didn't wait long for an oil change & tire rotation. Had to pay for the rotation even though they sold us the vehicle with "New Tires" 4,500 miles ago Didn't wait long for an oil change & tire rotation. Had to pay for the rotation even though they sold us the vehicle with "New Tires" 4,500 miles ago. All good until 4 days later when the tire light comes on and we pulled in for air. All 4 tires way below pressure. Sure that should have been checked. Must have a leak in one tire that was put to the front at rotation, since it needed air weeks before. FY I purchased the vehicle at the end of June 19'. With 25,000 miles. Not to happy if you care. More
