Misquoted by $200 I took my vehicle in for an oil change, and as part of the family plan the total would have been $0.00. I was told it was due for the 30,000 mileage s I took my vehicle in for an oil change, and as part of the family plan the total would have been $0.00. I was told it was due for the 30,000 mileage service, which I was fine with completing. However, I was told it would be “just a little over $100”. Much to my surprise when it came time to pay for it the total was closer to $300. Even with discounts the total came to $220. I mentioned that in the future they needed to quote the labor, too, and not just the parts. I’m not sure I’ll be taking my vehicle back, but perhaps will take it to Raleigh. Being upfront with clients is important. More
