No the usual really good service. My visit on Friday. March 1 was for 30,000 mile check. I brought the car in at 9:30, I knew the service would take a little longer because of service My visit on Friday. March 1 was for 30,000 mile check. I brought the car in at 9:30, I knew the service would take a little longer because of services done at 30,000. That being said, service came out about 11:40 and outlined needed services, recommended services and a problem that needed to be repaired(covered under warranty). I was told the repair(and services) would take an additional 4-4 1/2 hours. They offered to shuttle me where I wanted. I went across the street for lunch and did some shopping. Once I returned to the waiting area I did not hear anything till after 6. Work was not completed until after 6:30, no one gave me any updates till after 6 when they were doing a test drive. I guess because it was rainy and late, my car was not washed, paperwork says a complimentary wash was done, car was not washed. I am pleased with the care the service department takes with my car, but I was not given a good estimate of the amount of time required, it took almost three hours longer than expected. More
Good and Bad They fixed the water leak in my car and fixed a squeaking belt. Other than that, I had to return several times to have it fixed correctly. Management did help make it right, but my first two visits resulted in an unsafe vehicle. I had return twice to have the work fixed. Ultimately, management did intervene to correct the mistakes. More

Great service & timely follow up When my routine appointment revealed the need for some additional repairs, Julian went above & beyond to secure a rental car for me. He kept me updated on the progress & even offered to drop off my vehicle. Two days later when I noticed a loose plastic part, the replacement part was ordered & installed quickly & at no additional cost. We will definitely return for future service! More

Recall. Day at the spa Paid for day at the spa during a recall visit . It was not done. They took my payment, yet did not clean my car. Disappointing. They took an hour, and cleaned it. Then, they told me cleaning the back of my PRIUS is not covered. Must pay the 150 day at the spa for that. Very unhappy. More
