When returning to the dealership for service for the first 18 months I saw different faces in the service d I bought a 2014 Tundra from Fred Anderson. When returning to the dealership for service for the first 18 months I saw different faces in the service department. I had to assume that the turnover rate for employees were high and the service was sub-par. After my more recent return service appointments I see the same faces and the service is much improved. Kudos to the staff at Fred Anderson for retaining the techs and managers. I believe retaining and rewarding good techs and managers in the service department is key to good service. More

Great Customer Sevice We purchased a used Honda CR-V from Fred Anderson almost 2 years ago and have not regretted that decision one bit. We live about an hour away from Sa We purchased a used Honda CR-V from Fred Anderson almost 2 years ago and have not regretted that decision one bit. We live about an hour away from Sanford and we always bring our vehicle back in for service. However, this last time we were just going to have an oil change and decided to have it done locally. When we took it to the shop, they told us that they could not touch it because of an issue that happened when we last took it to Fred Anderson. After contacting Fred Anderson, they told us to bring it in. To our pleasure they took care of the issue with no questions asked and charged us nothing for our visit. We will definitely recommend Fred Anderson. Although we can't remember the name of the gentleman that assisted us in the service department, we want to thank him and Alexia for their GREAT customer service. We will continue our relationship with Fred Anderson! More
