Sanford, NC: Geoffrey seemed to be very competent. I think the management is responsible to provide up-to-date training to each employee to be able to answer a customer’s questions - even when they are paying at the cashing-out window. She was very nice; I don’t know how long she has been on the job so I don’t judge too harshly if she didn’t know the exact answer to my question. More
