Usually pleased but not so much this time I bought my 2018 Camry only a couple months ago. Since I've had it, whenever I back out of my driveway my breaks squeal really loud. So at my first o I bought my 2018 Camry only a couple months ago. Since I've had it, whenever I back out of my driveway my breaks squeal really loud. So at my first oil change I asked them to look at my breaks. I was told that the rotors have hot spots but at this time nothing could be done and they would check them again at my next appointment. And That Toyota wouldn't cover it until that got so bad. I just bought this car and there is no reason I should be having any issues. I'm very disappointed in Toyota and thought you cared more about your customers. I've always been happy with Toyota, as this is my second purchase from you. But if this is how you handle customer issues, there may not be a third. More
