Satisfied Customer I went in too get my 40000 mile service done I had a pleasant experience the service department has always made me feel very welcome when I'm there an I went in too get my 40000 mile service done I had a pleasant experience the service department has always made me feel very welcome when I'm there and I'm always very comfortable and I got to see my favorite salesman yesterday Ryan Spencer he is always so nice when I go there always recognizes me and calls me to see how I'm doing and see how the car is doing and I really appreciate that and I definitely would recommend anyone looking for a car to go to Fred Anderson Toyota of Sanford because the staff is very friendly and always willing to help and I really appreciate that they're not pushy like some sales centers, you go to and they want you to buy what they pick out,but not at Fred Anderson you go and you look when you're ready then someone will come and work with you. And I have to thank Geoffrey for taking care of me yesterday getting me checked in and making sure I was comfortable in the break room and coming back to get me checked out he was very courteous very kind and shook my hand which you don't find that at many places and thanked me for coming in and shook my hand as I left and wish me a great day those are the kind of things that you look for and it makes you want to keep coming back so thank you for great customer service. They take care of customer We had several recalls on our car & they were all taken care of by Fred Anderson Toyota. It took longer than expected but because I live close they g We had several recalls on our car & they were all taken care of by Fred Anderson Toyota. Always great service I took my car in for routine maintenance and they found two things wrong. I received a shuttle ride to Spring Lake and the driver Jimmy was profession I took my car in for routine maintenance and they found two things wrong. I received a shuttle ride to Spring Lake and the driver Jimmy was professional and nice. I forgot my service guy’s name, but he was nice and professional as well. He came in and updated me on the problem and called me the same evening To update me and the next morning letting me know the shuttle was coming to pick ,e. Up.
