Probably will never return I took my Lexus in for oil change. I usually get 5W30 and my oil change doesn’t cost more than $50 whenever I get it done at the other Toyota dealers I took my Lexus in for oil change. I usually get 5W30 and my oil change doesn’t cost more than $50 whenever I get it done at the other Toyota dealers I go to. Come to find out I was charged $80. Asked the agent why and he said they used whatever oil that’s on my cap “10W20”. But my cap doesn’t say that. The agent then proceed to say he’ll have to ask his mechanic the following day because he’s gone for the day. Two days later and I still haven’t received a call. I will be never going back and I’ll defjnitely follow up tomorrow since the agent can’t give me a call back about the situation. More
