She doesn’t acknowledge you once you approach the counter. She talks to you w/o eye contact, she makes unprofessional remarks. Every visit it’s the same with her.! Overall experience is good! I would like to mention that Lacy said that he could not give me my trade in value on my 4Runner unless i test drove a new 4Runner first. I specifically mentioned that if he could let me know what my trade in value was when i got back to pick my car up for service, id review if. He said he didn’t talk financials until i test drove the new one. He lost a sale and potential trade in because he did not or would not do so.
