Car Shopping Can Be Fun! Because we love the service at this dealership (Keith Hopkins !!) we knew when the time came to replace our two cars that we would be shopping here... Because we love the service at this dealership (Keith Hopkins !!) we knew when the time came to replace our two cars that we would be shopping here.....last year we replaced our Pacifica with a 2014 Durango and this week, the 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee with a 2015 version! Charlie Wallace was our salesperson. He is great at making sure you are happy with your choice(s) and answers all of your questions....He is very accommodating and easy to work with. When we couldn't locate exactly what we wanted in equipment and color, Charlie said we could order it and it arrived at the dealership a few days ago, exactly as planned! We like dealing with a family business (Jeff Frederick manages this location) because that usually means great concern with customer satisfaction..... While you might get "a bit better" deal elsewhere, I don't think you will get the same reliable service and treatment we have come to expect from this dealership. More

He provided lots of information about the vehicle and answered all of our questions during the drive. When we started the conversation about trade in and financing, Charlie was very knowleable about what was being offered, worked diligently to get us a good trade and provided 2 different financing options from which we could choose. He even came back with a lower interest rate after we had agreed on a deal. As we left the lot in our new Jeep, Charlie encouraged us to come back with any questions that might arise after driving for awhile or to get help with some of the high tech benefits that were part of the package.
