My scheduled service was for 12:30 PM on a Saturday. My Murano needed an oil change and filter, a four wheel alignment, tire rotation and to have a noise from the the rear diagnosed and advised as to the Murano needed an oil change and filter, a four wheel alignment, tire rotation and to have a noise from the the rear diagnosed and advised as to the problem. Within and hour after dropping of the vehicle, I was called and informed that the noise was due to the excessive wear on the tires. I was quoted a cost and the approved work completed. My vehicle was ready for pick up by early afternoon and and we were on our way. I purchased my vehicle at Fred Martin Nissan about four years ago and have not had any issues during this time with any service or repairs. I have been greeted with smiles from everyone throughout the process. Great job everyone. More

Salesman Lou was EXCEPTIONAL! Warm, friendly, and caring! He spent alot of time with me and I never felt rushed. For the 1st time,, I truly enjoyed shopping for a car.. The finance manager, Richard caring! He spent alot of time with me and I never felt rushed. For the 1st time,, I truly enjoyed shopping for a car.. The finance manager, Richard, was AWFUL- very chilly, impersonal, no eye contact. All I had to do was sign papers, no financing involved. He seemed like it was a burden to explain extended warranty options. Pushed the best one, $2K. When questioned about the lower priced plans, "They're only a few dollars lower." He never gave me exact prices on those plans. So, why have them???? I had to ask for a pamphlet so I could read what each plan covered. I really wanted to be able to afford an extended warranty on my $30K Murano Platinum. But.. I couldn't afford the best plan. Frankly, I couldn't wait to leave that office so I left without anything. 😠😥 Please send this to the head manager of Fred Martin Nissan. Thank you! More
