The service department is wonderful. You drive in, they immediately take your car and give you a phone number to call if you have any questions or concerns. Nothing good to say. Second vehicle I bought from the Fred Martin Family and never again. Grant it goodwilling a part is Nissans issue. But with that said during a previous experience with Patrick, in which he was very rude to me, because no one explained to me that 3 years of oil changes did not mean they were not free for 3 years. I still have time until my 3 years passes. This incident happened the last time I attempted to get an oil change at Fred Martin. More
