Pat in service is very rude! Called to check status on a vehicle in for service and was told my advisor Rich was out but he would look into it for me. Told me they were waiting on parts ( after being told the day before part was in stock) and couldn't give me an ETA. Spoke with someone in parts who told me part was in fact in stock and he would get with service to find out a status for me and call me back. Never received a call back. So 4 hours later I call back to see if there was any kind of update. Pat answers the phone again, before I even finish talking he rudely interrupts and says let me send you to Rich. Rich was less than pleasant talking to as well. All he could tell me was it might be finished by EOD. As a former service writer I found this to be very rude and unprofessional! I was appalled by the way they handled everything. From the time of write up through the whole process. Would not recommend! More

We had an issue with our 2019 Nissan rogue. Making a noise so she was going down the road. I called him up. He told us to bring it in and they would look at it.
