Upon inspection, and procedures set forth by the manufacturer, your vehicle unfortunately did not qualify for the recall. You cleared a vehicle for use on roadways that produces deficient lighting. The turn signals are producing more light than the head lights. I was told it was glaze or haze on the lens cover but some how it has ZERO affect on the bright lights. Your testing procedure is a joke. It's gross negligence to say these lights pass inspection.
