Hi Jim. We replaced the rear brakes on your vehicle under a part warranty. However, during our inspection, we found pulsation coming from the front of the vehicle as well. We did advise you of this during your visit. We're sorry about the issues with your vehicle, but you were made aware of these issues during your visit. If you would like us to look at the front, please call us and schedule a service appointment so that we can get this issue resolved for you. Thank you for your review.

That is absolutely incorrect! Yes, you did tell me about the front brakes would need replaced eventually but your technician looked at the back brakes and when I went to pick up the car, he said your car is running much much better. I can tell a big difference there’s only a slight pulsation. That is not the case when I drove the car so if you wanna get technical about it let’s get technical about it or maybe it would be better for me to go online and do a review either way let me know.
