Sometimes excellence is not visible. Dan Weiss who is my service advisor over and over again is beyond the top in knowledge and customer service. He goes beyond to make every experience perfect. A true salesman at heart, Dan has sold me tires even for my Mercedes !!!! he has sold us on buying THREE jeeps!!! Excellent Management candidate!!

Took my 07 Hummer H3 that I purchased at the dealership in Jan. for a minor windshield wiper malfunction. Made online appt. showed up on time waited 2 hrs. problem not resolved was asked to come back on another day so they could look at issues more thoroughly so I said ok. Went back second time after taking a day off work and waited 2 hrs. was told they figured out the issue with wipers and it was covered by warranty. Gave me a ride home told they would need to order parts. Came back gave me rental car and then later in day called and said that issue was not fixed and the part needed was not covered under warranty would cost almost $600.00! REALLY? Not happy with outcome so I just went picked my truck up to take it somewhere else but still had to pay $100.00 fee! What a joke!

In May of 2012 I took my 2010 Dodge Journey in for an oil change and for my steering wheel to be looked at as it was pealing after only owning it a year and a half. at that time pictures were taken and Chrysler approved for me to get a new steering wheel. In July I called to make another roil change and reported that the new steering wheel was also pealing. I picked up my car the next day and they had left may car keys on the passenger seat and my car was unlocked. They also said that an outside substance caused my steering wheel to peal and they declined to fix it the 2nd time. I will NEVER take my car here again or buy anything from Fred Martin again.
