I made an appointment to meet with Matthew Carlin on a Saturday. I brought my cousin with me who was shopping for a used car. We explained that we were not interested in purchasing a car that day, we we Saturday. I brought my cousin with me who was shopping for a used car. Matthew took the time to show us what was available on a busy Saturday with no expectation of a sale. Matthew still asked us if we wanted to go for a test drive. We went for the test drive and loved the vehicle. We told him our budget and he had the manager sit with us and explain all our options. We were both given a print out of the cost and details of the Sante Fe we were each interested in. I never left a dealership where they gave you figures with no pressure. They said if you decide this is what you want, bring in your paperwork and they would honor that sale. It was none of the pressure of this only today. My cousin and I made an appointment to come back two weeks later. We told Matthew what model and color we were interested in. He had both SUV’s waiting for us to test drive when we arrived. It was the easiest experience I ever had purchasing a car. When I had to meet with Kevin Burwell, the business manager to go over the insurance plans I started to stress. I didn’t know what to do. Kevin gave me the option to take it home to think it over and call him with my decision. Once I call and let him know my decision he will do the paperwork. All I have to do is go in and sign. I left with a Sante Fe SEL that I couldn’t be happier with! The next day my cousin left with her Sante Fe SEL. This is how car shopping should be. A happy pleasant experience! . More

He was professional, kind, and caring throughout the entire proc recommend. Earlier this month, I purchased a 2017 Hyundai Elantra from Tom Bastides. He was professional, kind, and caring throughout the entire process (which took only about 2 hours). He listened to everything I told him. I explained that due to covid, I didn't want to spend hours at the dealership, and he listened. He listened to my budget. I can't say enough about what a fabulous experience this was. Buying a car can be very stressful, but I didn't feel uncomfortable and pressured at all. This is the ONLY dealership I would recommend to anyone, and I plan to return the next time I need a car. Thank you so much, Tom! UPDATE- Can I give 6 stars??? When I went in to finalize my deal. I worked with finance manager, Audriena, who was amazing. She actually reached out to the bank before I signed the contract, and I'm paying $10 less a month! It was truly a great experience! More
