I originally posted a positive review for this dealership after my purchase. Leased a 2021 Hyundai Kona in March, dealt with Kyle Dulock. Transaction was quick and smooth, however my issues started after the after my purchase. Leased a 2021 Hyundai Kona in March, dealt with Kyle Dulock. Transaction was quick and smooth, however my issues started after the purchase of my vehicle. First of all, getting a check from them takes forever. It's been a month since I sold a vehicle to them and I still don't have the check. Since I am out of state, I needed temporary plates while I waited for my original plates to transfer. Kyle did not answer my text unless we stated that we were going to go hire up to resolve the issue. Dealership stated that they would pay my tickets if I drove around with expired plates, they can't even cut a check for a car I sold to them, good luck trying to get money for tickets. Dealership is spotty when returning calls, they never have a straight answer for you. No one knows where anything is or how far out they are. The icing on the cake was when I finally went to go get my plates put on, they didn't even have a front license plate holder for me! So they didn't install my front plate and I now have to buy a front license pate holder myself and install it. What a nightmare, going somewhere else next time. Like I said, transaction was smooth, but once the deal is done they want nothing to do with you. Typical. More

We went to the delaership looking to experience the Palisade and met with Howard McNamara. He addressed all of our concerns and answered all of our questions. We considered ordering the vehicle from the factory however Howard was able to find one already in transit that met all of our specifications. The vehicle took a while to arrive due to global shipping delays however it was worth the wait and Howard and the team at the dealership help to make the delivery experience a good one. We have had the Palisade about 10 days now and so far so good with everything. More
