From the moment I arrived, until I left the dealership with the car that met all my needs and more, Chris was professional, informative, courteous, and patient. With Chris, I definitely got the impression that my interest was squarely aligned with his - that if I am happy with my purchase, then he would be happy with that sale. Chris helped me locate a very specific year and trim of Tucson in Freehold Hyundai's inventory (2 of them, in fact), and test-drove them with me extensively without being pushy. I decided to buy the car because I knew the price Chris gave me was a compelling one based on the homework I did before going there. Also, Chris helped me get a fair trade-in value for my old car (he contested the in-house appraiser on my behalf after the initial valuation, and then I got a better value), coordinated a smooth transfer of my insurance from the old car to the new one through the "in-house" insurance professional there, and, with respect to financing, beat the pre-approved rate for auto loan I had brought from my bank. It was a very comfortable one-stop shop experience, and I think I was spared a lot of stress and grief. It was worth-while for me to drive more than an hour to Freehold to work with Chris Oviedo, and I would be happy to do it again when I need another car. More

I decided to make the drive anyway just to see what else was on the lot. I was taken care of by Brian Showers who was super kind, honest and genuine from the very beginning. For the first time in my life, I didn’t feel that threatening “car dealership” vibe. Not once did I feel pressured to buy anything. In fact, I enjoyed chatting with him and the general manager. It felt as if I was having coffee with family instantly. I ended up leasing a 2020 Kona, which initially was way out of my price range. However, Brian and his manager did whatever they could to make it work so that I could have the car I wanted at a price I could afford.
