They even have on staff a gentleman called "T" who spent over a hour showing my wife how to operate all the functions of the vehicle - including downloading the Hyundai APP that lets us control the many functions that this car has available. I called and made an appointment to see Thomas the next day (Saturday) . He met up promptly and immediately drove over the car we had mentioned we might be interested in. After a quick test drive, we sat down to negotiate price. We had reached a deal in about 25 minutes, when we asked about changing the color of the car. The dealership did not have the blue car we wanted, but the promised to find one. On Wednesday we picked up my son's dream car. The process was flawless. No further haggling, no gimmicks, no wasted time. We went in, saw the car, and signed the papers. Everything was as agreed upon on the prior Saturday. The longest time was spent getting all if the blue Link and Bluetooth options set up for my son's car. This is the third car we've purchased from this dealership in the past 18 months, and we will continue to be a loyal customer for years to come. More
