My salesman was VERY PROFESSIONAL, and was very pa This is probably the first time I have ever had a 100% "NO BS" experience at leasing/buying a car. My salesman was VERY PROFESSIONAL, and was very patient in answering my many questions. He took me for a test drive, explained all of the features. I would say that my salesman's "pressure-free" approach was very instrumental in going with Hyundai. His manager was the same way: no BS; hassle-free presentation of the different packages, etc. Your other manager (woman) was very nice and helped me sign all of the documents easily and with no BS/pressure as well. The way the packages/financial arrangements were laid out were very easy to understand. I did have a specific budget in mind -- but the Tucson that was presented to me exceeded my expectations. It was equipped in such a way that I simply could not say "no". My salesman made the entire experience very easy to execute. I have been driving my new Tucson for my daily commute from Englishtown to MetroPark/Iselin, NJ. It's a pleasure driving the car. It's so nice, I feel like it's a car that should cost much more. The Android Auto software, navigation display, and safety alerts were a very nice touch. I cannot believe how quiet the car is while it's on the road. I was a Hyundai owner of a new Santa Fe (2004). I had the car for 10 years and really enjoyed it -- up until it finally started getting too costly to maintain -- which is understandable. I transitioned to a Ford Escape -- which was a nice car to lease, but lacked the technology, leather interior, and safety features of the Tucson. For about $40 more/month, the Tucson outclasses the Ford at every turn. When I received my plates, I went to the dealer -- everyone was very nice. The people that were they on my date of sale remembered me and greeted me very nicely. No appointment -- I just pulled in my car, and received my registration and plates -- which were promptly put on. All is well. The dealership is going to put some bumper protection on the doors to keep them from getting dinged -- I am looking forward to returning since I know that I will be treated well. I am a marketing professional for an international manufacturer of hand and bod protection safety products -- so I know a thing or two about customer service, marketing, and how the sales team should treat the customers. The Freehold team did it right -- so whatever techniques you are teaching your sales people, please keep it up. I would rate my experience with my salesman (and the rest of the team) a perfect "10".
