Having gone to other dealerships prior and having a poor experience overall, I wasn't expecting much different from Freehold Hyundai but I was extremely surprised at how helpful and kind everyone was in all ways. The employees treated us like people rather than just dollar signs which is truly invaluable. They were empathetic to us trying to be cost effective and our reasons for doing so. He was able to talk his managers down a lot on the price as well to help us out as much as he possibly could. He even came to our house the day after to help us get the remainder of our stuff from the previous car. All around an extremely pleasant experience. And as quick as it could reasonably be!
