There's a lot of work that goes on behind the scenes to get good financing. I was expecting my sales representative, Steven Cirillo, to attempt to sell me a car I did not go there to buy. I knew what I wanted, and he RESPECTED my choice. That's the difference here. I was not steered toward their choice. They presented the options professionally, and worked diligently to arrange financing on what I wanted. My experience was positive, and I was respected. I am satisfied with the Veloster I chose.
