This was my first time buying a car from a dealer, I had a lot of questions that needed to be answer before taking the decision of signing a contract. Kevin approach me with professionalism and definitely w a lot of questions that needed to be answer before taking the decision of signing a contract. The worst experience ever! They would not give a solid number until I showed that "I was serious about buying a car" meaning leaving a deposit. There "Guarantee or its free" is all a gimmick. When I did I left, went to another dealer, they gave me a better price and better rate. Freehold Hyundai said that was an impossible rate and couldn't beat the rate. When I returned with my new Hyundai from another dealer they said "show me the receipt and they will beat it. So of coarse they would beat it now, its less of a loss than giving a car away and how do I return my new vehicle for a refund! Very pushy sales team and when you ask too many questions they switch sales persons on you, smoke and mirrors. I would never recommend this dealer to anyone. More

You could not pay me to go back to this dealer. Compared to the other 6 dealers I contacted about a new car purchase, this was by far the worse. They bring to mind every car dealer stereotype. They are ve to the other 6 dealers I contacted about a new car purchase, this was by far the worse. They bring to mind every car dealer stereotype. They are very misleading. I attempted to go through their internet unit, which is nothing more than a scam. The way most internet units work is you give them the model and package you want and they give you a no haggle, no hassle price. Here they give you a price with one catch.... it includes every rebate imaginable (that no one would ever qualify for), bottom line is they give you the MSRP and act like that is some deal. Hyundai also adds their on little sticker to the MSRP that adds thousands to the car and they try to tell you that's the price. In reality, nothing additional is added to that additional sticker..... just thousands more. One sticker actually had the standard bumper to bumper on it and added thousands for it. What a joke. Some dopes probably walk in there and think thats the sticker and they got a couple thousand off the sticker and when they actually pay more than MSRP. If you are fortunate enough to get Leon the manager that tries to firm up the price........ run or just laugh at him. Unbelievable. On my trade in he offered me $800. This was thousands less then every other dealer. Then he kept asking me what I wanted for it, and despite every answer I gave him he argued against me then made the bold move of going to $900 as a favor to me. The next Hyundai dealer came right out with $3,100. With the $900 trade in, he wanted me to pay a couple thousand over MSRP. Even one of there salesmen told me to disregard that added sticker, start with the MSRP. This place was a joke..... it pushed me right to Honda and I bought a great car from their internet unit, no haggle, no hassle at dealer invoice. And yes, thousands more off that invoice price for my trade in. NO COMPARISON. You decide... Honda Civic LX for less than they wanted for an Accent. And the trade was then deducted from that. Anyone writing a good review on this place is probably a sucker, but one is born every minute. And if you think I am wrong just walk in their lot... you'll see the MSRP all new cars have... then look to the left for there bogus sticker adding thousands to the price for the standard protection or door guards. Never saw this in any other dealer. Don't know who is rating this dealer on this site. I wonder if they have friends on here giving good ratings. But look at reviews on Edmunds and you'll see all the DISGUSTED people who went here. Edmunds gives it a one to two star rating. I gave a 4 for friendliness for the two sales people I dealt with.
