My experience was FANTASTIC. Never had a more positive, professional and courteous treatment. Brian explained the operations of my new Subaru Forester like the expert that he is. I never felt rushed, he took his time and explained everything simplistically. He was extremely patient. I cannot believe how he changed my perspective on how buying a car can be painless and enjoyable. I can’t forget to mention that he was even willing to explain things to my husband, without hesitation, regarding his Outback (bought from a different Subaru Dealership).
