There was no unnecessary haggling, or hard sell. He explained everything clearly and took time to help us set up our screens with our phones, as this was a new feature for us. We even called back the next morning with a color change. No problem. All of the showroom employees were very friendly and professional, but we are truly thankful that Lester was our guy!
