My experience with John DePalma I met with John DePalma to pick up my plates and registration and for him to give me a lesson on all the new features of my 2018 Subaru Forester. He was very patient and took time to answer my many questions, explain every button in the car and even helped me to set up my bluetooth to work with my car phone.
