My new 4Runner was delivered to my home and my trade in picked up by Freeman. Everyone from Lexy, the folks in financing to the delivery driver were great. While I have been working with the same person for over 10 years (Larkin Linder), I now feel cheated when I get sent to the finance department. They are not clear about what you are paying for and I ended 10 years (Larkin Linder), I now feel cheated when I get sent to the finance department. Most people would think that is not bad, but what we agreed upon was already $45 higher that what I had been paying. I am not having the easy, breezy experience of 10 years ago! More
