The experience was good after some discussion with the financial department. The only issue was that on my appointment description I made clear that my windshield had a chip in but no one was there that c financial department. Furthermore, no one contacted me prior to inform me of this and offer to reschedule to either a earlier or later date when the person that could fix the chip would be in. More

Best auto buying experience we have EVER had! Our salesman Mark showed us the vehicle that we looked up online, no feeling of bait and switch that we had experienced at other dealerships. We test drove one and bought the other (we went with a couple of vehicles in mind). Finished all the paperwork inside of 30 minutes, then off to finance dept. which proved to be just as easy. Dealt with Jackson, finished up paperwork and out the door. First time ever that buying a car was not an exhausting experience. I have found my dealership for future buys and highly reccomend them. We had two people recommend this dealership to use and they gave us a great car buying experience. More
