Mark Smith was amazing! He started by being willing to give our sale to another salesman when we had asked for the gentleman we had used a few years ago. When we determined that the salesman was gone, Mark took over and was such a blessing. He was great with our 2-year-old son, even offering him snacks from his personal stash. He was kind, friendly, straightforward, honest, and extremely personable. It felt like sitting and talking with your dad, just comfortable and relaxed. On my last visit, I explained that I don't need more paper copies of the paperwork, and wished for an electronic version to save in my records. Steve, the Service Advisor, went Above and Beyond, by scanning and emailing me the version, which is a HUGE plus for me as I am 95% digital. May I suggest an upgrade in customer profile to include an Service Paperwork Email Option Opt-In which would also be a savings on printer related expenses and Go Green Initiative. More
