Depending on choices - I have any issues with the repairs just completed. I can not tell from past experiences - I have to wait sometime to know. Planning and execution on this one service was done superbl just completed. I can not tell from past experiences - I have to wait sometime to know. I recently had an appointment in the service department at Freeman Toyota. This was my first time there. My service rep was Darryl Cavitt. I was informed that my repairs would take 3 to 4 hours. After wait at Freeman Toyota. This was my first time there. My service rep was Darryl Cavitt. I was informed that my repairs would take 3 to 4 hours. After waiting in the customer lounge for 4 hours and expecting my vehicle to be ready so I could leave, I discovered that absolutely nothing had been done to my vehicle at all. An attempt was made to begin my repairs at that time (4 hours after my arrival), but I declined and took my vehicle elsewhere. So I do not recommend. The service manager, Dusty Jager, was very apologetic and concerned after he discovered what occurred. He was very understanding and tried to offer what he could to remedy the situation, but unfortunately the damage had already been done and I will not be returning. Since this was my first time there, a level of trust was never established and it is imperative to have that for a customer to have a desire to return. More
